How to use

Gently massage onto damp skin after bathing or any time the skin feels tight. Use sparingly, as a little goes a long way. If irritation occurs stop using immediately.

Apply twice daily to the chest, bump, thighs, and buttocks in a circular motion.

Be sure to massage the underside of the belly as that is the skin that tends to overstretch the quickest. This is best done in the evening after a shower, when your pores are still open.
