2. Eligibility

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in colour or design may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes. All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept:

  • Bank Transfers

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on location.

The risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed over to the courier.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Damage incurred during shipping

  • Delays due to public holidays or events

Buyers must inspect parcels upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours to us and the shipping company, with photographic evidence where applicable.

6. Return Policy

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size (if ordered according to our size chart)

  • Colour/design does not match product listing

  • Faulty or damaged items

Return Conditions:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • Lingerie and customised items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Refunds:

  • Processed within 14 working days upon receipt and inspection of item

  • Up to 20% of the item value may be deducted (admin fees, processing, etc.)

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@noirandgold.shop.
After 24 hours:

  • A 20% cancellation fee applies

  • No cancellations are accepted after 7 days from the order date

  • Prepayment is non-refundable after production begins
