1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received differs from the one ordered (wrong size, colour, or design as per product images/description).

  • The product is defective or damaged (not caused by the customer).

  • The product is unworn, unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that have been altered, used, or washed.

  • Lingerie and intimate wear (for hygiene reasons).

  • Personal care items(e.g., Skincare, hygiene products)
  • Custom or Personalized goods and products
  • Final sale items.


2. Return Process

To request a return, email us at info@noirandgold.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Important: Requesting a return does not guarantee approval. All claims are reviewed for eligibility.


3. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of receiving approval.

  • Products must be in unworn, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

  • Items returned in unacceptable condition (used, damaged, missing tags) may be refused or sent back at your cost.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or defective.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 14 working days, minus:

    • Up to 20% for processing, handling, and payment fees

    • Original shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.


5. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

  • We thoroughly inspect all items before shipment.

  • We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. In such cases, please contact the courier and notify us immediately.

  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 3 days of receipt.


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@noirandgold.shop.

  • After 24 hours, orders are processed and may not be cancelled.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours (but within 7 days) may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • After 7 days, cancellations are no longer accepted, and the order is considered final.
